Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing to integrate into our core architecture.
- Lead architectural reviews and make critical decisions regarding technology stacks, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Knowledge: Strong understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
