Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Design and deliver executive workshops on exponential technologies and systemic risks
- Establish KPIs and impact metrics for strategic foresight initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven experience translating foresight into C-suite actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
