Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future industry landscapes and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with 2026-2030 vision
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic recommendations for product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive innovation incubation programs focused on next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic transformation
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) preferred
