Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop predictive models for socioeconomic shifts impacting global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
- Establish innovation incubators for future-focused ventures
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
