Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify 2026-2030 strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and market positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
