- Develop and present future scenario models to executive leadership and board members
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive market forces and technological shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize future-focused research and development pipelines
- Author thought leadership frameworks on sustainable futures and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published work in foresight journals or thought leadership platforms
