Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Produce high-impact foresight briefings for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-proofing principles into development pipelines
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging disruptors and paradigm shifts
- Curate and analyze alternative futures datasets using advanced analytical tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects with measurable outcomes
