Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future outlooks
- Produce executive reports on geopolitical shifts and their industry implications
- Identify partnership opportunities for emerging technology adoption
- Quantify market readiness for next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Maintain a horizon scanning ecosystem of academic, startup, and government partnerships
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
