Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting our industry
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with 2026 objectives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or similar preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
