Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute enterprise innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic goals
- Champion design thinking methodologies to foster breakthrough product/service concepts
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation ecosystems with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track ROI of transformational initiatives
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with emerging technology incubators and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Design Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership on future trends or business transformation
