Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, cloud-native systems that ensure long-term stability.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and drive pilot programs.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee system security, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare infrastructure for future scalability.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, systemic technical challenges.
