Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the company's technology roadmap, specifically focusing on advancements anticipated for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Biotech interfaces) into core business models.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to forecast potential disruptions and opportunities.
- Oversee the pilot programs for experimental technologies to ensure scalable implementation.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy to build future-ready teams capable of executing long-term visions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term (3-5 year) technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their projected societal impact by 2026.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both technical and business languages.
