- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine their applicability to our product suite.
- Architecture Governance: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage cross-functional project dependencies.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to modernize development workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or CTO-like role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current trends and forecast future industry shifts.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and enterprise data management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
