Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on industry trends.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and team meetings.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
- Shadow senior staff to understand workflow processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong interest in business operations, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism and a willingness to learn.
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
