- Assist the technical team with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting support tickets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Update and maintain website content using content management systems (CMS).
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to improve performance.
- Create engaging social media posts and manage community engagement.
- Prepare weekly reports on campaign progress and project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to start in Summer or Fall 2024 with a commitment to 3+ months.
