Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for high-priority roles.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Support the execution of SEO strategies and content marketing campaigns.
- Update job boards and internal databases with accurate job postings.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on project goals.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics and candidate activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (graduating in Summer or Fall).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or SEO principles is a plus.
