Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee daily technical operations and server health during night hours.
- Customer Support: Assist internal and external clients with inquiries via chat and phone.
- Data Management: Accurately input and verify data into our CRM and database systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Shift Reporting: Complete end-of-shift logs and handovers to morning teams.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying workflow bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore year or higher preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-4 shifts per week during evening hours (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote or office setting.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
