Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist in daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Manage and update digital records, databases, and inventory logs with high accuracy.
- Provide direct support to the customer service team during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with full-time supervisors to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed tasks and reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new interns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (focus in Business, Operations, or related field).
- Available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall.
