Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming data streams and orders during night operations.
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for internal clients.
- Assist in the reconciliation of daily reports and database entries.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service or data entry experience is a plus.
