What You Will Do:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for weekend operations.
- Assist senior engineers in monitoring system performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and user interactions.
- Participate in agile development meetings and sprint planning.
- Conduct basic software testing and quality assurance checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hardware and software systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
