Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT systems during night shifts
- Resolve technical tickets via ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Perform system backups and security protocol checks
- Document incident reports and operational procedures
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
- Complete hands-on training modules for cloud technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
- Available for 20-30 hours/week night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command line
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Start date between June 1 - September 1, 2024
