Responsibilities
- Support overnight guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and execution for late-night functions
- Monitor and maintain facility safety and security protocols during night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Document guest feedback and operational incidents for daily reports
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions covering hospitality best practices
- Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support inventory management and supply logistics for 24-hour operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (Hospitality, Tourism, or Business preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
