Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in, check-out, and during special events
- Assist with VIP guest requests and amenity coordination
- Support event setup and execution for weekend conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct property tours and provide local attraction recommendations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business program
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/Sabre preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional errands
- Must be 21+ with ability to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
