Responsibilities
- Delve high-touch guest services at luxury resort amenities including pool decks, lounges, and event spaces
- Coordinate weekend guest check-ins, VIP arrivals, and special event logistics
- Assist in executing resort-wide events and weekend entertainment programming
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Document guest feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekend inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Support crisis resolution protocols during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or related program
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (40 hours/week) during summer term
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution aptitude
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, F&B systems) a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Nevada work authorization required
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Must maintain professional appearance per resort standards
