Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations during night shifts
- Support data collection and reporting for logistics performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for night shift efficiency
- Document operational procedures and compliance documentation
- Learn and implement safety protocols for 24/7 operations
- Collaborate with supervisors on shift handovers and daily briefings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4-5 days/week)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
