Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts in real-time during the night shift.
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of operational databases.
- Perform quality assurance checks on outgoing data streams.
- Document technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
- Conduct routine system health checks and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program (IT, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer networks and operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
