Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through night shift coverage (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product testing and documentation
- Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and project retrospectives
- Document processes and create user-facing support materials
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability for night shift (minimum 3 days/week, 20+ hours)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
