Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming shipments and inventory levels during night shifts.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of digital logs using SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of operational status.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on warehouse inventory and documentation.
- Support the resolution of operational issues that arise during off-hours.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions regarding safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week, primarily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
