Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the management team in executing daily weekend programs and local initiatives effectively.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service and support to local visitors and clients during busy weekend shifts.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, organize supplies, and ensure all materials are ready for weekend use.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance logs, and operational reports.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with full-time staff to identify areas for improvement and implement new workflow strategies.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and local El Paso regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High School Diploma/GED required).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Location: Must reside within or near El Paso, Texas.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on local community engagement.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
