Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operational workflows during night hours.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and reporting tasks with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding urgent operational issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of facility systems and inventory.
- Provide customer support and resolve inquiries during peak night hours.
- Prepare daily logs and submit performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of logistics or customer service principles is a plus.
