Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize automated sorting systems during overnight operations
- Support inventory reconciliation using WMS software
- Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports for operational KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shift transitions
- Participate in safety compliance audits
- Document operational procedures and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (Sophomore/Junior/Senior status)
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in supply chain or operations management
