Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize night shift operational workflows using proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Document operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-training across IT infrastructure and client support domains
- Generate performance analytics reports for senior leadership review
- Support disaster recovery simulations and system maintenance protocols
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between shift teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Summer/Fall 2023 start)
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling options
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous internship or part-time tech experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
