Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain secure data systems during night shift hours
- Support Washington DC-based teams with real-time technical troubleshooting
- Document system performance and incident reports using proprietary software
- Collaborate with remote teams via encrypted communication channels
- Conduct routine security audits and compliance checks
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and testing
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions and knowledge transfers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (Sophomore-Junior status preferred)
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM shift, 3-4 nights per week
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts or cybersecurity principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and troubleshooting tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance (background check required)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during off-hours
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
