Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team in managing daily logistics and project workflows.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Support client-facing activities during weekend hours, including presentations and on-site visits.
- Update project documentation and maintain accurate digital records.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Houston office.
