Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the weekend operations team in coordinating logistics for daily events and ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and operational metrics using internal CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional front-line support to weekend patrons, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a professional demeanor.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing department by creating social media content, drafting newsletters, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and office supplies to prevent shortages during peak weekend hours.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and staff to ensure that weekend schedules and room setups align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shifts) for the duration of the summer program.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Philadelphia, PA.
