Responsibilities
- Assist in managing weekend floor operations and customer inquiries.
- Support inventory management and stock organization during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless weekend experience for all visitors.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and process returns efficiently.
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct market research and assist with data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee location.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
