Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and merchandise transfers.
- Monitor product displays and ensure signage is current and accurate.
- Support the execution of weekend promotional events and special sales.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and handling cash.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with assistance when necessary.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee location.
- Passion for retail operations and a desire to learn new skills.
