Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily execution of weekend operational workflows and procedures.
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and administrative support tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the management of physical and digital assets.
- Prepare and organize weekly reports summarizing intern activities and project progress.
- Provide customer support and answer inquiries regarding our services during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the summer internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
