Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with social media campaigns, content creation, and digital branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making for the Charlotte and PA regional branches.
- Coordinate logistics for client meetings, corporate events, and team building activities across different time zones.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and data summaries for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
- Support the HR department with recruiting efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer session.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel between the Charlotte, NC office and the Harrisburg, PA office as required by project needs.
- Must provide documentation from your college/university regarding the internship credit requirements.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business sector.
