Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local Boston and Ohio markets.
- Prepare and organize weekly reports for the department head.
- Support client communication via email and phone, ensuring a professional customer experience.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the local community.
- Assist in the planning and execution of summer promotional events.
- Maintain and update project databases and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Students Welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
