What You Will Do:
Assist with daily operations, including inventory tracking and supply chain coordination. You will work directly with experienced mentors to understand the fundamentals of logistics management while contributing to real business projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily logistics and supply chain operations team.
- Assist in inventory management, counting, and auditing.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct data entry and maintain digital records of transactions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions on industry best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a high school, college, or university student.
- Must be available for summer shifts (flexible scheduling available).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago office location.
