Responsibilities
- Assist with warehouse inventory management, stock control, and cycle counts.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Support the logistics team with shipment processing, documentation, and labeling.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily warehouse operations.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping details.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or college/university program.
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May - August).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
