Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the operations team with daily logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all data entry is error-free and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on goals and project progress.
- Event Assistance: Support the coordination of summer promotional events and community outreach activities.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly summaries and reports to track performance metrics and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours during the summer months, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards learning new tasks.
- Location: Must be willing to commute to or relocate to the Denver, CO area.
