Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend operational activities and customer service protocols.
- Support the marketing team with local outreach, event coordination, and data collection in the Virginia Beach and NC areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with logistics for weekend promotions.
- Collaborate with senior staff to create engaging content for social media and local newsletters.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Process administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the local customer base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (Freshman to Senior status).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Virginia Beach location.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
