Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service to shoppers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Assist with the organization, stocking, and display of merchandise to maintain store standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with management to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and inviting for all customers.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Summer/Fall start date required).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
