Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email to our client base.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Monitor daily KPIs and ensure all daily targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (must be able to provide proof of enrollment).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Eager to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
