Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications and digital platforms under the guidance of senior developers.
- SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive business decisions and improve user engagement metrics.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Testing & QA: Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic SEO principles is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer months.
