Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Analyze code and data to identify bugs, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and technical specifications.
- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
- Support QA testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
