Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technology infrastructure monitoring and incident response during night shifts
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system optimization and performance tuning projects
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for team-wide use
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct routine system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues across cloud and on-premise environments
- Shadow senior team members to understand full-stack operations and DevOps workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a night shift setting
