Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and entry of large datasets into our CRM and database systems.
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports for the night shift leadership team.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and data integrity in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work a fixed night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta office.
